Combining Coupons

Did you know that you can combine a store coupon and manufacturer coupon? A store coupon is basically the store's way of having a sale and pulling you into the store. The manufacturer coupon is from the people who made the product.

For example, Walgreen's frequently has store coupons in their weekly ads. One of the ones I have used were coupons to get Dawn dish-washing liquid for 99 cents. I combined that with a 50 cent off manufacturer coupon to get the Dawn for 49 cents a bottle!

How can you tell the difference between the coupons? The store coupons will usually say something like "store coupon" and the manufacturer coupons usually say that they are from the manufacturer.

You cannot combine two manufacturer coupons on a single product. Be sure and read your coupons and know how exactly they can be used.

  1. Thanks Tracy and you are so right to tell us to read the coupon. Most of the time I am just looking at how much money off.
