A few days ago I wrote about my
quest to reduce food waste. Another thing I did was to dice up the very inside of the celery stalks and the leaves, freeze them on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper, then divide them into plastic containers to freeze.
After I froze the celery stalks for about 1/2 hour, I divided them into these plastic containers to freeze.
They'll be great in soups!
